This project includes a 1/2 sheet of colored tissue paper, sharpie swirl, and splashed watercolor. I'll focus on Chihuly's Seaforms and talk to students about cutting an organic, scallop edge.
I also tried marker and it worked.
Hang them from the ceiling!!! Awesome!

I LOVE it, wondering if you used something to stabalize it? I see it is hung from the ceiling, but, can't tell if there is some sort of form holding it out?
I clothespined it, tied it to a string, and gravity did the rest! We are thinking of adding little rubber bands to scrunch the center and possibly spray starch them.

How about spraying them with extra strong hair spray??
Cheryl...I didn't think about hair spray, but starch worked fine...and it may be cheaper.
