Circle Weaving!

Third graders are ready for radial weaving!!! First, everyone designed a radial circle on paper. They broke the circle up into triangular slices, like a pizza. In each triangle they put the same design. (pics soon) Next, we moved into radial weaving on a loom. I let the studentes string their own loom, using Mr. E's guide! Of course, I had to do some and get a few tied off to start but they had fun.
